Rapid Deployment: The patent designed modular slot in frame allowed contractor teams to complete unboxing and assembly within 10 minutes on site without special tools.

Volume Optimization: By shipping 100% flat packed units, Orchid consolidated the entire enclosure deployment into minimal warehouse footprints and reduced regional transport costs by over 40%.

Orchid completed the multi site deployment ahead of schedule with zero transit defect reports, establishing a standardized hardware blueprint for future public sector school network upgrades in the region.
